Arborists was founded in 2000 by Adam Bailey, a fourth-generation tree worker with deep roots in the arboriculture industry. Adam began working part-time with his father at Bailey Tree Removals while completing his VCE, later moving into full-time work in 1996. His passion for trees, combined with family tradition and hands-on experience, led to the establishment of Arborists — a trusted local name in tree care.
With a Certificate IV in Horticulture / Arboriculture, Adam brings both technical knowledge and practical skill to every project. Over the years, Arborists has grown into a team of professional tree climbers and trained ground crew who pride themselves on tackling even the most challenging jobs, from confined space removals to large-scale property maintenance
