Refund Policy
At Arborists, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
1. Services
Our services are quoted and agreed upon before commencement. Once a service has been completed, refunds are not applicable except in cases where:
Work was not performed as described in the agreed quotation.
There was an error on our part.
2. Deposits
Any deposits made to secure booking dates are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs with at least 48 hours’ notice.
3. Changes & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. Clients may reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.
4. Refund Processing
Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
